We offer an apprenticeship program for all lovers of nature and flowers looking to gain hands on experience growing flowers on a biodynamic farm. From growing, harvesting, designing, you will have an opportunity to experience first hand what this business requires and offers.

This apprenticeship program is unpaid but those who have completed a season apprenticeship are considered first for paid positions when available on the farm. And we do have some fun perks only for you the Apprentice!

We are looking for individuals who are excited and can commit for the full season from May-October, however, we understand for some this could be difficult and are willing to work with you.  If you are interested, but cannot commit to the entire season, please state on your application.    

We are asking for approximately 4 hours/week, on Monday mornings. We shift our schedules with the shifting light, starting at sunrise. In summer that looks closer to a 6am start, spring and fall would be closer to 8am starts.

Perks and a Peek inside: 
- All apprentices will receive 40% off ALL offerings on the farm. including events/classes and bouquets. 
- We will end the season with a Farm to Table Dinner. 

- Once a month we will spend a Monday morning classroom style, where we'll gather and learn the happenings of that coming month, plus answer any and all questions about growing, harvesting and design.
